I created a webpage and it looks different in firefox and internet explorer.?

Why does it look different? The css I used is not working in IE. What can I do to make it look the samein both? The page is at smcleaningservicesva.com. I am not asking this for self-promotion so please help me troubleshoot this.

Sites will usually display differently in Firefox and IE. The best you can do is make sure they both display correctly (with an acceptable margin of error) in both browsers.

Browsers are supposed to conform to w3 standards; Firefox does, but IE is Microsoft, and they always want everything their way.
