I did a hard reset on my nokia e7 running on symbian belle..?

my nokia e7 was not not booting up. so i did a hard reset . and the phone seems to be missing the ovi store and a few other applications i don't know which. please help me on how to get back the apps on my nokia e7 .

thats because symbian^3 nokias cant be hard reset without losing vital files. U need to have ur firmware reinstalled. The safest way is to take it to nokia care. U can do it urself using phoenix/navifirm on ur pc, but its risky if u dont know what ur doing.
