I disabled the speakers and now I do not have an audio output device.?

My jack was not working for some reason and I tried to unable and then I was going to enable speakers but now I have lost my audio ouput device. when I click on the bottom right on the little speaker, it says "no audio output device is installed" How do I get it back?
