'A' is the 1st letter of the alphabet and 'H' is the 8th letter, right?
9/11 = 0.81818181 = HAHAHAHA

OHH.. it just means that when 9 is divided by 11, it gives tht 0.181818181 and according to the second sentence of yours, A is the 1st letter and H is the 8th letter rite? so basically when it spells out it is HAHAHAHAHA.. D

9 SLASH (/) 11 is how you would write 9 divided by 11. 9 divided by 11 = 0.81818181
Rest is obvious.
