i download a LOT through bittorrent...are there any chances of me getting caught ?

i thank they only go for the people that uploads the stuff and yes your uploading it wile you download it unless you disable the uploads
 
idk, im in the usa... and all i did was download call of duty 4 multiplayer, for PC, and my ISP(internet service provider) sent me an email RIGHT away, and told me to knock it off, or they were going to report me, and id face 5-10 years jail time, and a possible 250-300 thousand dollar fine. so im like, WHOA HEY BUDDY! CALM DOWN IAM!

so it all depends if your ISP watches you or not. and they can start and stop whenever they feel like it. its in the terms of use. lol.
