I dropped my Nokia 5300 XpressMusic and the screen went blank, what can I do?

From time to time when I turn the phone on the screen will change from blank to multi colors. I don't want to use it anymore but I want to be able to recover the phone numbers that I had saved in my memory card. What should I do?
The phone did not come with an adapter for the Micro SD card.
 
When you bought your phone it should have came with this small disk that you can insert your memory card into to use the memory card on a computer.
