i eat about 2 apples a day - is this healthy?

example of day:

oats with soy milk, with cut of pieces of fruit (banana, apple, berries, kiwi fruit etc) with raw nuts

muesli bar

apple (green)

cereal

dinner *depending*

and red apple after dinner.

i also have snakes in between...is this diet ok?

Eat more - protein foods will help metabolism. Vegetables for fibre. Apples are good, but you need more food. Add eggs, fish, chicken to the menu. Cereal can contain too much sugar, check the box. Exercise, walking is always good and easy, 30 minutes a day will do, more if you can.
