I eat healthy 6-8 times a day and still am stuck with belly fat ?

Im struggling with my weight up then down.
I am on a intense workout routine 7 days a week consisting of:
monday: arms (45min)
tuesday: chest, abs (45min)
wendsday: cardio-jump rope, running, walking (1hour)
thursday: legs,abs (45min)
friday-sun: cario

My diet consists of eating 6-8 healthy meals a day.

oatmeal with protein shake (morning)
orange (2hrs later)
whole wheat turkey sandwich with grapes (lunch)
green beans (2hrs later)
chicken, or red meat (dinner)
nuts, with yogurt (1 hr before bed)

What am i doing wrong or am i just not patient enough, its' been 1 month and im still weighing 180 LBS.
