Hi, i was involved in an accident due to an elderly person pulling up in front of me when i was on my bike, i didnt hit her but i braked too hard and ended up falling to the ground, i hvae really painfull road rash on my left rib, my left arm and knuckles, on my right arm and knuckles, my left and right leg, if anyone knows what i can do to make my healing process go a little quicker your answer will be appreciated, everyone thanks and take care.
