...them because it's locked? The phone is locked so I don't have access to any of the contacts to call someone and let them tell the person I found it. Is there any way I can get it back to them?

Maybe their friends will try to call them on the phone and just say hey were does this person live and drop it off if that doesn't work reset it and keep it.
