I found an old car chassis and was wondering if anybody could identify it for me?

I was walking in a reserve once and found a rusty old car chassis. It has leaf suspension and no welding on it. I also found a little symbol which looks like a circle divided into 8 even segments. I found two lots of numbers on it (where i put"( )" it means it has the circle divided into 8 segments)

im not sure if these numbers are correct but i think they are.
