I get sharp pain in my head after laughing hard?

For the past 6 months or so, and out of no where I started getting sharp pain in two areas in the back side of my head after laughing hard and last for 30 seconds to a minute. The locations are about 2" to each side from the center of the back of my head.

Can anyone give me a professional opinion of this? I really hate going to the doctor and hate getting MRI, but of course I will if I have to.
