I got a DVD stuck in my Macbook ... how do I get it out?

When I put it in, nothing came up (is this a sign that theres something wrong with it ? ? ) i can't find it on the desktop, or apps or anything so I can't drag it to the trashcan -- when I try to eject nothing happens.

When I try to play it or eject on the DVD player, it says "Supported DIsc Not Available"

its a rented movie & I need to return it tomorrow!
What to do please help. Thank you

try a force quit

go to a guy that knows how to fix electronics and the reason why it doesn't play because it is probably ment for PC or needs a program installed in your macbook that allows you to play dvds
