I got a new laptop without bluetooth, but I have a wireless mouse that connects

with bluetooth? Can I get a USB bluetooth adaptor or something? Something I can plug into my laptop so it can connect with blue tooth devices? Do they exist? And what are they called?

I don't want to buy a new one cause theyre pretty pricey. And my current one is working fine.
