...a day, is that good? Im gonna continue having 1 a day till I stop, it is hard to have 1 a day aswell VERY HARD! Any tips?

yes, just ease into it.
you can try that special craving gum, it helps some people..
when ever you get the craving, try to do something else to take your mind offa it, chew gum, take a shower, call a friend .i know it sounds weird but it helps..
also i know this is strange but MANY of my friends have quit cold turkey by getting hypnotized.
it really does work, even with just one session, give it a try, it might help.
