change its IMEI Number? my bro-in-law send me nokia 2610 mobile from us? it is at&t support. when i changed the sim card, it cannot be unlocked. Its IMEI number starts with '0'. i heard, only mobiles having IMEI # starts with '3' can work in india and remaining are not. Can I Change its IMEI number. Plz help me
