I got written up for arguing with 2 employees in 12 months?

Before you make any quick decisions about your position there, have a good think about your attitude to other employees. If you decide its your fault then moderate your attitude. If you consider it not to be your fault then you have two choices.
1) Find another job.
2) Stay put and be more submissive.

Is this a good reason to written me up? I am a good, hard working, and honest employee. The director is now asking me to take 2 week holidays. I have been working here for 2 years and hardly taken any day off. I am one of the oldest employees here because everone quited this stupid job.
