I gotta question about those new electrical bikes?...?

I just recently checked, and they have some newer electrical bicycles,(not motorcycles) these electrical bikes are rechargeble and don't go more than averae of 13 mph. Do any of you own one? Have any suggestions? Have you heard anything bad about these bikes? Please go to an online site and read abuot them... I am thinking of buying one because I have a paper route in the morning and it gets tiring! But I don't know why some sites offer them so cheap
 
There are several manufactures of electrically assisted bikes I have no idea which one you are talking about. They are like anything else you get what you pay for.
