But I'm not atheist or anything.
I don't plan on joining a religion or anything unless there's one that really connects with me but my question is:
Why do religious people get angry at you if you don't have a religion of if you're atheist. Is is hard to accept the fact people are different?
Yeah oops I made a mistake, I meant to so "some".
Not all religious people.
Sorry about that.

It is hard to accept. Not for everyone, but for a lot of people. Mostly because we all want to believe we're right. At the very least, we want to believe we're on the right path. So if someone is walking a different path, we see them as wrong...it's messed up, but human psychology isn't exactly a G rated thing.

Well sadly in this world for some it is... I know this first hand. I think they call people like you agnostic...that is If you're religious and have no plans on joining a religion.

You are dead on for most it is hard to accept the fact that people are different. For me it is hard as a Christian to communicate to fellow Christians how much alike the basic beliefs of many religions are. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have the same roots for goodness sake. What is honest, moral and relevant is much the same for Buddhist, Hindus and even atheist to some degree. I believe we must all realize there is only one world so do we want to spend our time fighting over our differences or learning from our similarities?

Good for you and your parents!

The religious can't understand how we can function without direction from religion or a preacher. They are the most prejudice people on the planet.

I believe that they are secretly jealous of of freedom.

You will do fine, disregard the foolishness.
