I had a dream about spiders coming from my finger- help?

In my dream, there was a lump on my middle finger, and when I scratched it, small red and black spiders started to crawl out one at a time. I tried to crush the lump and get them all out but nothing helped. I don't know much about dream interpritation, does anyone know what this might mean? Thanks.
 
Although dreams about spiders can be very scary a spider symbolizes that you may be feeling like an outsider. That you may want to keep your distant from an alluring and tempting situation. Alternatively a spider might represent a powerful force protecting yourself from your self-destructing behavior. If you kill a spider it represents misfortune and bad luck.

The spider is also symbolic of feminine power.
