I have/had (is a broken in half piece of crap) musiq lg. I bought the phone in April last year and in December I lost the phone, I had insurance on it, and I payed a 50$ deductible for a new phone. Then they sent me a phone that broke in 2 days (by that I mean the speaker stopped working). So I went to the sprint, store and there they gave me another replacement, which happened to be worst than the one before, that one was possessed I swear, it connected to internet on its own, turned on an off when it felt like it, it would not let me send a text message unless it felt like it and so on and i wasn't even closing right. So I went to the store again to get a replacement, they said y couldn't until the 13th, because it was less than 30 days since when they gave me a replacement phone. SO when I walked out of the store it fell of my pocket and broke in half!!! it complete separated the screen from the key-pad!!!! and that right there made my guarantee void!
I really need some advice on what to do!?, should I pay 50 bucks again to get the same piece of crap phone, should I cancel my contract and insurance and just switch to another network and get a nicer and better working phone?, should I just don't get a phone and wait till April and then get an upgrade or just buy another used phone online.
I want an instinct!
my thought is if I'm going to spend 50 bucks on the insurance stuff, might as well just pay more for an actual good phone
