I don't know what has happened has someone had the same problem is this a fault or a virus both had mcafee total protection on them so i cant understand, it didn't happen at the same time one was my sons that he has not been able to use for at least 6 months and the other was mine it went blank last night i have no idea what to do.
one was my sons which has not worked for 6 months and one is mine which just done it yesterday. the laptop turns on but the screen is completely blank at all times i cant see if any programs load, u can tell it is on though if you know what i mean
