i have a 2000 acura integra. and i am replacing the calipers, rotors, and break pads?

and when i removed the break pads i noticed that the clips that were on them had rusted and one had actually snapped when it dropped to the ground. i didn't get new ones with the new break pads i had bought. do i need to go out and buy new clips?
