I have a 3 yrs contract with Rogers, this is the second month of billing, there is some problems with my contract, and I have told my case to another rogers dealer, he said I can just walk away with no fear, cuz rogers cant sue me with wrong name on my contract,
1. the account name is not match as my passport and my credit card (for credit check, and this is an overseas card), Example, my name is (first name A B) (surname C), he just put (AC) in the contract.
2. the dealer put my ID card number as #123456789 he just make it up,
3. someone has access My Rogers online, it could be anyone.
I am not so happy with Rogers, If I am going to walk away from the contract, what will happent? Will it affect my credit report overseas? And what can I do if I want to keep this contract? Should I call Rogers to fix it all or what?
