I'm not into fancy marinades and just want to add some nice fresh rosemary or mint. When I look on the internet everyone says to use an internal thermometer but I never saw my mum use one. I'd ask her for advice but she's coming for tea and I want to impress her. Can anyone give me a idiot proof way to cook a lovely Lamb roast so that the meat just melts in your mouth. Any help would be fantastic, the eaiser the better as cooking is not my strong point.
