I have a 97 saturn SL1 it wont start my brother says no spark but don't know why?

it will try to turn over but just wont start there is no spark at all

first place to look would be coil or inside the cap at rotor button

Sounds like it may have jumped time? But it can be many things but just hope it dident jump time because its a job an not cheap. Good luck.

Any codes (service engine light)? Could be anything....cam/crank sensor, coil, ignition module. If no fire from any of the 4 plugs, then I would lean towards the ignition module. Might want to get one from a junk yard as a new one is $150.
