i have a '98 old delta 88 and it starts very very hard?

it always starts but it takes 2 or 3 times - have checked everything possible - but when the weather outside is cold that sucker starts right up 1st time - when its warm or i have many stops to make and it gets started every half hour or hour like shopping - it starts hard. any ideas?????? also when it sits and idles for about 10 minutes then you go and drive it dies ??
 
You are to the point of no return for this car.. it is going to be a sensor that will cost you a lot of money. Take it to autozone and have them scan your car just ask and they will tell you what is wrong with it.
 
Sounds like you may need to have the fuel filter changed, or your fuel pump is getting close to the end of it's life and may not be getting fuel to the engine... either way take it to a mechanic... and let them check it out...
