I have a County Track Meet in 3 Days, How do i get faster?

:Dwell, i do distance but for sprints i would do a lot of like 150m sprints asap and do some exersises that requires the calfs (jumping, or like those lep frogg things)tonight and then i wouldnt exersise the day b4 the meet :P u should get as fast as you can for now .... PERFECT PRACTICE MAKE PERFECT
