anyone help? :)? So im annoyed i get paranoid very easily my bf even gets annoyed anyway here's what im worried about..yesterday we got a pull out couch from a former family member and i always clean stuff i get from other people well i was cleaning the bed part and i saw like a brown bug well it looked like skin from a bug it didn't move i took the mattress off and cleaned the couch part didnt see anything on the couch part. i was thinkin maybe bed bugs? I am a very paranoid person i hate bugs and i keep itching jus thinkin about it i even check my body! I kept checking my body from time to time. I have not moved anything else in the bedroom bc i heard the bugs will jus move with it. I can't vacumm til i get home from work i put my sheets in a bag jus incase and the room door is closed for now. I have four cats and live in an apartment. If i have bed bugs what do i do? or how do i stop it befoe they spread everywhere? im goin crazy i can't dare to sleep bc im so paranoid!
 
I am not able to have clarity of understanding. You mean that your hand is having paranoid. Please be rest assured, if it is not in the mind or brain, and if you are sure that it (paranoid) is only in your hand, it is not called paranoid. You may also like to verify this position from a professionally qualified doctor.

Just get Bed Bug Mattress Covers. I use them and they work great.
 
ok you don't know what a bed bug is obviously. They are tiny tiny little critters no bigger than a apple seed. If it was an exoskeleton from a bug it was more than likely a cockroach

go get a little bug fumigator thing at the grocery store . they are really really cheap , you just takr of the lid and start it then you leave the house foor an hour or two and every single bug will be dead. they range in a few bucks and work really good.
