...been able to play DVD'S..? It says the video driver is missing or something to that extent. I have been to Dell's website and looked at all the drivers but not sure which is the one I need. Thanks!
 
Try this,,, Start, right click my computer, left click manage devices, you should see a yellow ? by your dvd player. Right click and left click update driver. Windows will search for the driver automatically. If that doesn't work download from Dell all the drivers associated for your machine.
