...fall into warranty. Suggestions? So I called them and they said that it doesn't fall into the Warranty Coverage and tht I physically damaged it. But how can I? I thought the Infinity Screen was perfectly sealed. Also ontop of that, I have blemishes from my keys hitting the Infinity Display. So that screen is no good. I called HP and complained and I have to wait for a manager to call me tomorrow or Friday.

What is your guys take and what should I tell the manager and technician? Because it is truely a design flaw and also a lot of people that have the Inifity Display has argued that they have dust stuck inside as well.

Would you say that I shouldn't pay for the damage since it was a design flaw?

tell them that it is a factory default and that they have to take responsibility for it.. if they sold u it like that then they cant just ignore it there gonna get very bad rep
