I have a LG cingular C1500 cell phone but this is from USA and i wanna

use in India so what should i do? In this cellphone only two option 1st is for America and 2nd is for europe but i wanna use in india but this is still not working. Any buddy tell me for better answer plzzzzzzzzzzzz
