...working in India. What should i do ? My cell phone is not working in India because in this setting tools only two county option first is USA and second is Europe. So can i change this cell phone software if yes so tell me how? give me any link please help me.Or tell me how can I use this in India.

and its not the software its the hardware
it is not a quad band gsm phone. so it can only be used within the specified countries.

each country has its own 'broadcasting code' kind of like a radio frequency for mobile communications. if you phone does not have the hardware it cannot make/receive calls there.

go buy a cheap unlocked cellphone from somewhere and put your old sim card in it.

mobile calls are expensive overseas anyways. i usually use skype when traveling.

it is also possible your phone carrier does not support overseas roaming to the country you are in.
try getting that phone unlocked if it isnt already and put a prepaid sim card from one of the local carriers in there. if that fails its the hardware like i said before.
