2-3 Hours Charging time on initial use. Don't turn on for the first time after inserting the SIM Card.

The phone should have come in a box with a manual and (probably) a USB Cable. Read the manual, it's all there.

If you don't have the manual, all you need to do is to look at top of the phone and press the button (the one closest to the top back). Then just pull the whole back casing out, then the battery then there will be a slot for your memory card. Take out the lock and insert your SIM Card.

Go to OwnSkin.com, get an account and download themes there for it. Likewise, you can make themes for it (change the icons, maybe the background, also the clock, etc.).
