I have a motorola crush that's not working right, but they discontinued them....?

My motorola crush is extremely slow and non-responsive. I go through US Cellular, and they discontinued it. So, I was wondering, if I go to the store, will they still have some in stock, and just give me a different one? Or what? Thanks in advance..
