i have a motorola droid the airplane mode wont turn off?

so i started with this problem last night, i cant make calls,text or anything i went to setting,wireless connection and press the airplane mode wont turn off. i already did a factory reset like 2 times but the problem continues, the screen just shows no service is there anything i can do please help.
