i have a motorola v3 cell, and it malfunctioned when trying to transfer photos.help!?

at first it worked. then i went to disconnect it, and a box came up on my computer saying that the device has malfunctioned. now my computer doesn't recognize it as a driver, and i can't get any of my pictures off of the phone. is there any to fix this problem, or am i stuck with it? btw, it is a cingular phone, if that makes a difference. thanks!!!!

If you haven't done so already, install the Motorola Phone Tools software onto your computer.

You can also download the drivers for your Razr at the link below. Sounds like your existing drivers are corrupted; these will replace those files.
