I recently got an unlocked nokia 6280. I am now using it on the Claro 3g network in my country Jamaica. I would like to take advantage of the 3g features my phone has to offer but the company seems not to be able to send the information to my phone so i have to go to the main office and i live very far from their.
They gave me the settings to write down but i was not successful in trying to enter the settings. Is there anyone who can give me instructions to put it in please. Here are the settings.

Ip Address:190.80.147.118
Port Number: 8080 or 9701
User Name: (blank)
Password: (blank)
They say ur card doesn't need to be registered just top up and use the settings to browse. But I dont see where to insert an apn or ip adress, any help would be appreciated.
