I have a SS:Gizmos Gadgets floppy w/ exc files. How do I run these using a DOS Box?

I am not very computer literate but know I got a downloaded version of Oregon Trail to run on DOS Box. However, when I use the .BAT file from the original Super Savers: Gizmos and Gadgets floppy disk it makes D-Fend Reloaded crash. Is there a program that can run the floppy disk files? The EXE files are as below:

INSTALL.EXE
SETUP.EXE
SSG.BAT
