...penis hurting what is wrong? i have a three year old that is circumcised....he just started complaining about his penis hurting he has a red swollen ring around his penis...what could be wrong?
the problem with the doctor is that my son has no health insurance and i do not have 400 dollars to take him to the doctor...so for all of you acting like i am an idiot for not taking my son to the doctor maybe you should find out peoples situations first.
he was circumcised back as a newborn not recently...he is three its a new condition....and how about you sit in my position trying to make it for your son and yet you just got laid off. people need to stop being stupid and realize that i am trying as hard as i can but unfortunately if you try to make an income instead of sitting on your ass you don't receive any kind of help when you need it. i could be one of those people that pop out kids just to get help from the state but i am not. i am a hard working mother who takes care of her kid and responsibilities before anything else but unfortunately money plays an issue when your company lays off all of their employees because they screwed up and can not keep their bills paid.
 
What's wrong? His penis was just mutilated that's what's wrong.

Is this a serious question. He just had penile surgery of COURSE ITS GOING TO HURT!

Also your son's health should be your #1 priority, not your wallet. If you actually think there is something wrong you can call a free nurse hotline to get an opinion. If it's serious take him in.

Don't you think that question would be better asked of a doctor instead of random strangers on a forum?
 
Nothing we can do for you on here. Sorry, but if you cant get him to a doctor, then Im not sure what to tell you. It is strange though, most boys with penis problems are uncircumcised.
 
I had my son circumcised... just so you know for pain you should be giving him calpol but should ask your doctor the amount of dose, and u should also put him in bath of salted water twice a day for half an hour for pain and recover.. for atleast 2 weeks or once it's recovered. Also petroleum jelly...(Vaseline) is really good does the trick quickens the healing process.. Rub it on gently on the area use alot of it, put it on every 2 hours or so. Also If the doctor has given any medicine use that. Now for the red swollen ring not too sure u should get the doctor to see him. Keep the area hygiened.
 
It doesn't matter if you have the money or not, if you don't take your child to the doctor, I'm judging you. You have responsibilities to him. Get him medical care.
 
He probably has an infection. Or, he might have put something in the end of it. Take him to a doctor.
