first thing id ask is why you buy it without tittle why can you drive away with out tittle since who has tittle is owner of it your stuck unless you go a bill of sale
In most stated if a vehicle is 10 years old it no longer needs a title though it is a good idea to get one made. Just take your bill of sale to the state you live in and have a title made for the car, you should be ok.
