screen&flashes blur that's all? We have already taken it to Verizon and they said to let it charge up. It has completely charged up and I have the same result. (The "M" and flashing "blur" splash screen) I have a lot of stuff on here I DO NOT want to loose. If I can't get an answer on here tonight, I will be taking it back to Verizon. However, I need it tonight.
