Mar 3, 2009 #2 R Rohn Member Joined Nov 14, 2008 Messages 35 Reaction score 0 Points 6 In cycled tank your ammonia reading should be zero. Is this a newly setup? Are you in the process of cycling? I would let the tank fish cycling. Once it has finished cycling, you should have zero readings for ammonia and nitrites and good level of nitrates. Do a substantial water change prior to adding fish. -rds
