...I want VZW to give me a new model? This is getting ridiculous and I think they might let me get a new model. What should I say to VZW to let me have a new model. Any person who did this before please answer!! This is what happened to all my EnV2s --- The 1st one, the screen went white. The next one, the OK button on the front didn't work... and now the third one... it turns off for no reason. I want a Voyager in return instead of a refurb. Can I pay the difference if they let me get a new model?! Please tell me all what I should do to get me the Voyager!! Thanks!
