I ordered Win 7 Pro full OEM. Package arrived BEYOND damaged with the case spine destroyed as well as the 64bit Win 7 Pro cracked from center to end. There was to my surprise a 32bit in there as well. While scratched all to heck my DVD player can read it. I am in the process of getting a refund. I will use the 64 bit because my system requires it. The kicker is that in the end I will have 2 OEM licenses. 1 that i will of course use for my new build and a second that my second computer could most definitely use. That computer will be sold to my roommate for a bare minimum cost. He doesn't want it right now of course. It doesn't have an operating system. So in a nutshell what am i to do with the OEM license that I don't need but can use. According to Microsoft's EULA/TOS am I to destroy the first OEM or can I use it.
