and a license plate? I live in louisiana. I have a motorcycle license and a motorcycle, but the scooter has no title and was being thrown out before i got it, so i don't know how to go about getting a title for it. Ive heard in alot of states if its 50cc or under, you don't even need insurance and its treated like a bicycle. Thanks alot for any knowledge you might have on the subject.
