I have BB Bold (ATT) on .167 OS, should i upgrade to .190?

There are a bunch of bugs with the Blackberry Bold Operating System .167, spell check doesnt work. system always says its restarting. battery pulls dont work. i even tried reinstalling the .167 and it didnt do anything.

im hearing mixed reviews for the .190 OS,

can someone (preferably someone who has att) please tell me straightforward whether i should upgrade or not. im not tech savvy
