I was trying to watch a movie and within about 5 minutes the player stopped.
There was no sound or picture. That happened several times with the same movie
which I had burned on 2 different DVD's. The only way I could turn it off was to
unplug it or to turn off the surge protector that it is plugged into. I can still use to
it to get surround sound to my TV. Then I used a CD/DVD laser cleaner so when
I tried playing other movies they played for 10 minutes and there were no issues.
None of the DVD's I used were scratched or had dust on them.
