I explain in detail below.? I have a moderate form of Bell's Palsy. It's not as bad as what you see on google when you search it, but it's not very subtle either. I saw the doctor and had a body of tests taken which led to them thinking Bell's Palsy, so they placed me on Prednisone. I have five days worth of pills and am on my third of four days. I've been seeing the droopiness in my face for almost three and a half weeks...so I was told between 1 and 2 months (by 4 I should begin to cope with it being Permanent).

Is there anything I can do with my health or my body that can help improve or possibly aid my face? I've cut back on sodium and am bringing in considerably less calories. I haven't massaged my face because the doctor basically said - "Well, I don't know if it will help, it goes when it goes."

There is no pain. No infections...just a slightly crooked look to my face. What else can I do? Am I allowed to run for soccer? What foods should I eat? Thanks for reading either way. Doc says it ain't deadly, so now I'm worried about recovering.
