I have brought a dog pole for attaching to the bike but how far or fast should i

be going etc? I have a staffordshire B.terrier and tonight we have been on a bike ride she is attached to my bike using a pole lead, we did 2 miles at approx 9-15 kph the dog had to jog fast walk/run, she was panting, 7pm cool out. Just wondering how far or how fast i should push her/take her. She is used to just a leisurely stroll nothing fast, she isnt over weight etc.
